In a dramatic turn of events, a shocking video clip surfaced from Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province, on the early morning of March 26, 2024. The clip captured a chaotic scene as three Alpart vans and a Fortuner car collided in the parking area outside an entertainment venue. Eyewitnesses described a harrowing confrontation between a group of Thai individuals and their Chinese counterparts, each recklessly maneuvering their vehicles in what appeared to be an attempt on each other’s lives. Before authorities were alerted, the Pattaya City Police Station intervened, bringing the tumultuous situation under control.
As the dust settled, officials arrived on the scene to detain both parties for further questioning, with the incident attracting considerable attention from the public. However, the true extent of the confrontation only came to light when entertainment venue employees stepped forward to provide additional testimony. Reports indicated that four individuals, including two guards, one deputy manager, and an electrician, sustained injuries from the physical altercation.
Pol. Col. Navin Teerawit, the superintendent of the Pattaya City Police Station, disclosed that the altercation originated from a dispute involving Chinese tourists at the closed entertainment venue. Following a disagreement, the situation escalated, leading to physical altercations and a subsequent vehicular chase, as depicted in CCTV footage.
Since the incident, investigative officers have diligently collected evidence, including CCTV images and video clips, to piece together the sequence of events. All involved parties have been summoned for questioning and are expected to face charges ranging from physical assault to attempted murder, pending further investigation. The police have reassured the public of a fair and thorough investigation, emphasizing adherence to legal procedures.
