Pattaya Mayor Joins Petanque Competition for Community Health

On April 5, 2024, Mr. Pramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya City, spearheaded a health initiative by participating in a petanque competition organized by the Mother of the Land Fund. Second Lieutenant Chanyuth Yangpreeda joined the event, held at Kao Rai Field, Soi Chaloem Phrakiat 21, Chom Sai Community, Pattaya City.

The competition, aimed at promoting health and supporting the Mother of the Land Fund, saw the participation of various community leaders and honored guests. Mr. Wirat Joijinda, president of the Mother’s Fund Learning Center of the Soi Kho Phai community, alongside other committee members, welcomed esteemed guests, including Pol. Col. Navin Teerawit, superintendent of Pattaya Police Station, and Mrs. Orawan Sukananwong, President of the Pattaya Community Association.

The Mother of the Land Fund Learning Center of Choi Ko Phai Community organized the event to foster community bonds and encourage physical activity among residents. Recognizing the importance of sports in promoting overall well-being, the competition aimed to alleviate stress, enhance mental health, and foster camaraderie among participants.

Such initiatives not only promote healthy living but also strengthen social ties, fostering unity and kindness within the community.
