Sansiri’s Q1 Sales Hit Tranquil 12 Billion Baht Mark

On April 3, Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuksuk, CEO of Sansiri Public Company Limited, disclosed that the company achieved remarkable sales in the first quarter of 2024, reaching an impressive 12 billion Baht. This sum was divided between horizontal projects, totaling 8 billion Baht, and condominium projects, amounting to 4 billion Baht, representing 23% of the annual sales target set at 52 billion Baht. The positive response from customers, particularly towards new projects in the first quarter, including seven projects valued at 9.4 billion Baht, along with ongoing projects, contributed significantly to this success.

The enthusiastic response led to the swift sell-out of 12 projects, both horizontal and condominium developments, totaling 12 billion Baht. Notably, projects like BuGaan Rama 9-Meng Jai reached full bookings within the first day of launch. Furthermore, Sansiri’s promotional campaign, “Sirisiri Terminal: Good Deal Good Life,” resulted in sales closures exceeding 800 million Baht during housing and condominium expos.

Mr. Uthai highlighted that Sansiri’s successful transactions amounted to an impressive 9.7 billion Baht, with 7.5 billion Baht coming from horizontal projects and 2.2 billion Baht from condominiums. Notable projects such as Bugan Rama 9 – Meng Jai, Narasiri Bangkok Green City, and Setthasiri Watcharapol – Theparak witnessed sales surpassing targets, underscoring the brand’s excellence in luxury single-home and super-luxury single-home segments, along with condominium projects that exceeded sales targets, including XT Phayathai and The Base Khon Kaen.

Regarding the second quarter plans, Sansiri is set to introduce approximately 11 new projects valued at 12 billion Baht, including five horizontal projects worth 4.2 billion Baht and six condominium projects valued at 7.8 billion Baht. These include The Standard Residences Hua Hin Beachfront, the first branded residences in Asia under the B-TREE HOTEL brand; Setthasiri Rama 9 – Meng Jai, a housing development priced from 20-35 million Baht, offering solutions against PM2.5 dust pollution; and Mekin Haus, the first HAUS-branded project in Chiang Mai and other provinces, featuring pet-friendly condominiums, alongside other notable launches like ELSE and PYNN, promising innovative housing solutions and exceptional living experiences. These projects aim to foster confidence in the real estate industry amidst economic recovery efforts, particularly benefiting from increased domestic spending and sustained growth in the tourism sector, combined with government initiatives to boost infrastructure investments.
