Takhiap clinic serves 36 patients at chronic disease session

From 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the Takhiap Public Health Center opened its doors for the April session of its chronic disease clinic, focused on patients with diabetes and high blood pressure. A total of 36 individuals received follow-up care, including medication management and consultations.

In addition to medical services, patients were given health education on proper medication adherence and strategies for preventing complications associated with chronic conditions. The clinic aims to support long-term disease management and improve quality of life for residents in the area.

This initiative is part of ongoing efforts by the local health center to ensure accessible and continuous care for chronic illness patients within the community.
