TasteAtlas recently unveiled its annual rankings, highlighting a vibrant world of cuisines, dishes, food cities, products, and ingredients.

In the prestigious “100 Best Cuisines in the World,” Italian cuisine leads the pack, closely followed by Japanese and Greek cuisines. The top 10 spotlights the culinary brilliance of Portugal, China, Indonesia, Mexico, France, Spain, and Peru. Thai cuisine secures a notable place at 17th, rightly acknowledging its global culinary significance.

Delving into the “100 Best Dishes in the World” reveals a diverse array of culinary treasures. Brazil’s Picanha reigns supreme, while Malaysian Roti Canai and Thai Phat Kaphrao secure the following spots. Noteworthy mentions include Italy’s iconic Pizza Napoletana, China’s Guotie, Thailand’s Khao Soi, and India’s Butter Garlic Naan.

Thai gastronomy shines with dishes like Phat Kaphrao (4th), Khao Soi (6th), Phanaeng Curry (10th), Tom Kha Gai (15th), and Massaman Curry (73rd), establishing their place on the global culinary map.

Moreover, Bangkok and Chiang Mai rightfully claim spots on the esteemed “Best Food Cities in the World” list.
