Representatives from the Thai aviation sector have presented proposals to the Move Forward Party, aimed at revitalizing the aviation sector and the Thai tourism industry. The Airline Association of Thailand, which includes major carriers such as Bangkok Airways, Thai AirAsia, Thai Smile Airways, and Nok Air, met with Move Forward Party leader Pita Limjaroenrat to discuss ways to strengthen the aviation sector and ensure efficient services while minimizing financial burdens on consumers.
The proposals highlighted the need for the incoming government to reduce constraints and enhance capabilities within the aviation sector. The association expressed its willingness to collaborate with the new administration and emphasized the importance of enacting policies to support the revival of Thailand’s economy.
