VIDEO – Fireworks Warehouse Explosion in Southern Thailand Claims 10 Lives and Injures Over 100

In a devastating incident, a fireworks warehouse explosion rocked Narathiwat, a province in southern Thailand, resulting in the loss of at least 10 lives and leaving more than 100 people injured. The catastrophic blast, which occurred in the afternoon, wreaked havoc on the surrounding area, destroying approximately 10 houses and causing partial damage to around 100 houses in a bustling market near the Malaysian border.

Government officials, led by Deputy Government Spokesperson Ratchada Thanadirek, have been working tirelessly to assess the extent of the damage and provide assistance to those affected by the tragedy. According to the local Public Relations Department, the death toll stands at 10, while a staggering 118 individuals have been injured as a result of the explosion. Among the injured, 14 people are reported to be in critical condition and are receiving urgent medical attention in nearby hospitals.
